Better Supervision is a 3 module supervisor program delivered in a traditional 3-day classroom instructor lead program OR our new self-paced online option.
Participants will receive a certificate with a seal confirming their completion of the 3 modules included in the program. Participants can add two additional seals to their certificate upon completion of the following items.
- (LSE) Leadership for Safety Excellence – Alberta Construction Safety Association
- On-The-Job Coaching – Complete the “Coaching tool” checklist contained in the student manual
Pre-requisites
