- I thought Part 1 was really good. The material is directly related to real work situations and it is easy to see it was made by some established leaders. When working through the lessons I can easily think of examples where leadership training earlier in my career would have helped me navigate through some situations. Looking forward to continuing onto Part 2. I didn’t come across any information or exercises that were of not benefit me.
- I really enjoyed the videos explaining some of the scheduling. To be able to determine the critical path using the method shown was very cool. All of which I learned in this module will further assist me in planning future projects. These exercises definitely helped broaden my view to the “overall” project planning requirements and give me a new appreciation for the individuals responsible for planning mega-projects.
